This means that volunteers face the challenge of growing a small businesses within a six months period, so that it can work without their supports. When the six month period has ended the business should have real expansion and economic impact on the neighborhood and community employment. In return for their efforts one or two people will get hired for employment.
Benefits for Volunteers are good recommendations, for some a wider range of work experience and a first hand involvement in supporting small fledgling businesses developed by people who were in a hopelessness situation.
