All For One benefits selected neighborhood residents who will be both homeless and jobless unless they receive emergency assistance for an infusion of funds.
One hundred or more people can volunteer to work for a small business developed, and deployed by neighborhood or community resident. Of course, this business should be profitable and legitimate.
Volunteers would receive a stipend from earned profits. The business owner would also receive a part of their profits, and the remainder would be donated to the unemployed job seeker, who is at risk of losing everything that he or she owns. The support would include monthly funds for up to six months, or after their first Pay Check.
Should the unemployed person not find Employment after the end of the six months, the Fledging Business Owner will agree to hire them for employment, which of course should be optional arrangement between the Business Owner, and the Unemployed Community Resident.
Social Employment Planners/Networkers must find, and work out arrangements with the Small Fledging Business Owner on Guidelines for selecting Volunteers that would enhance the growth of his or her business, and provide much needed infusion of money to a needy unemployed Community Resident.
